26187. Any shipping damages should be reported at the time of
delivery with the shipping company. Special packaging or crating on large signs will be
charged accordingly. Shortages must be reported within 5 working days of receipt of order,
otherwise, order will be considered complete.
RETURNS: Due to the custom nature of
our business, we cannot accept any returns on vinyl lettering or graphics (including
typographical or measurement errors on the customer's part). If a typographical error
occurred on our part, we will quickly replace the error. On non-custom items, a 25%
restocking charge may apply. No returns will be accepted without written authorization.
